The Bible tells us about an event known as the Rapture of the Church. There are many views on the timing of this event, but the Bible seems to support a Pre-Tribulational view. This means that Jesus will come to get His Church before the events of the Tribulation take place that are written about by John, in the book of Revelation.
Once the rapture takes place, most of the world will be left behind to face the wrath of God, not to mention severe persecution by the Antichrist and False Prophet. Because of the suppression of the Holy Spirit, the world will be in complete disarray. Planes will fall from the sky, vehicles will suddenly be unmanned, and crime will run rampant. The conditions on earth will be worse than they have ever been. People will be desperate and scared. They will be breaking into homes looking for shelter, food, clothing, weapons, ammunition, and some will even be looking to do harm.
The people left behind in that time will also be easily led astray by a world leader that the Bible reveals as the Antichrist. He is empowered by Satan and will be accompanied by another world figure known as the False Prophet. Together, these two men will utterly destroy the world during a seven-year period of time known as the Tribulation.
Although this is listed as an eBook, it is probably best described as a project. Its primary component is a letter meant to be left behind in an easy-to-find place in your home that will explain the reason for the world’s condition at that time. It also lets the reader who finds it know what to expect in the years that will follow, based on Biblical prophecy. Most importantly, it has the plan of salvation detailed so that anyone reading it will have their best chance at receiving Christ during that difficult and confusing time. All Believers will have departed for Heaven and the gospel message won’t be as readily available to them in the beginning of the Tribulation so this may be their best option at receiving Christ in the immediate aftermath of the Rapture.
If properly utilized, this eBook will provide you with a chance to witness to someone even though you have already left this earth. It even takes into consideration those loved ones that you may have concern about regarding their salvation by providing a list that you can fill out with their contact information. It asks the reader who finds this letter in your home to contact them to make sure they know what happened. This will also provide them with assurance of where you are, relieving them of any potential stress or worry when they can’t reach you.
Although the Bible doesn’t tell us the exact day of when the rapture will happen, it does tell us that we will know when that time is near. There are no prophecies that need to be fulfilled before the Rapture of the Church. It is an imminent event. That means it can happen at any minute. However, there are several events prophesied to take place during the Tribulation. We are now starting to see some of those prophecies on the verge of being fulfilled. And, if we can see those events shaping up to be fulfilled, and we know that they are events that happen during the Tribulation, and we know that the Rapture has to take place before the Tribulation, how close is the rapture to happening?
Take this opportunity to make a difference in the eternal life of someone. It only takes a few of your minutes but could be the everlasting difference between Heaven and Hell for someone.
